RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With tags attached
  • Free from marks, damage, or signs of wear
  • In original packaging

Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong product, contact us at support@onetwenti.co.uk and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or product, contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

If an exchange isn’t possible, we’ll offer an alternative or a refund.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within up to 10 working days.

Please note, your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the payment.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom products
